Training
companies, human resources consulting, and companies of human resources
services… they have a lot of methodologies, a lot of different areas, courses,
solutions…but most of them really offer good solutions? When you sell some
services, it’s very difficult to demonstrate the point of utility or good results,
because there are an idea of this services are necessaries despite the results,
because every company use it.
But…take
care!!! We should to demand high quality not only in the services, above all in
the conclusions and results. That’s why we should to demand always any
evaluation test of results. For example, every training should have any system
to transfer knowledge to the job, and this training should to have any control in
different periods of time.
What is
happening with these services in the market? Why are different types of
qualities and prices? Why companies aren’t exigent with these services? The
final result is the companies don’t believe in training like an investment.
These type
of companies need a real marketing plan to make stronger the image and results
of their service. Because clients demand quality, and more quality as we
advanced in time.
I know this
sector in Spain and it’s difficult to speak of good professionalism in these
services, despite the Business School. For me there are a crisis in this
sector, because there are a lot of methodologies, a lot of channels and poor in
results, it’s the time of changes and really it’s a change of business plan
inside the same focus, it’s time to a new marketing plan.
